The primary goal of Survive to Thrive is to provide you with all of the tools, skills and mindset cookies to support you in creating sustainable change with respect to your health goals. So often l see people so excited to jump into a new health kick and they go all in, change absolutely everything, go gang busters for the first couple of weeks and then everything falls apart and they give up.
The process is one that comes from a need and a desire to want to get better, to look better, to feel better…. because if l can drop 5kgs l know l’ll feel more confident, l’ll be a better Mum, a better partner, l’ll have the energy to run around with my kids….. it comes from a place where we don’t feel like we’re enough… where we need to create a physical transformation in hopes that everything else will fall into place….
This is not the place where we are able to create sustainable growth and change…
When we come from a place of lack, a place of deprivation and making change to punish ourselves, our body instantly goes into stress mode and all of the amazing change we are wishing to bring into our worlds get lost in translation as our body starts to fight that very desired goal.
So how is this program different you may ask?
We dig into all of the elements within your daily life that impact the choices you make with respect to your food, how you’re eating, the beliefs you hold that in relation to food and your body and their impact, your closest relationships, what exercise really means for you, and walking through the process of how to create sustainable growth and evolution as our body and needs continue to change.
